How long do Koko's Candles burn?

Although enviornmental factors can create variances, you can count on enjoying our 9oz. candle for up to 40 hours and our large 16oz for 75 hours of burning love!

How can I ensure a great burn?

Mama always said, "First impressions are everything."  This is true for candles too!  It is best to burn your new candle for a few hours initially, or until the wax pool extends to all sides of the glass, this will prevent tunneling.  It creates a 'memory' for the wax and helps ensure an even melt and longer burn.  For future use, do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time and keep wick trimmed to 1/8 inch.

How do I retrieve the heart from the bottom of the candle?

When the candle has burned down to 1/8 inch, the heart will be revealed.  Blow out flame, let wax cool, and remove heart with a spoon. Wipe the heart clean with a paper towel and place in your pocket, coin purse, or set out for display.

Can I repurpose the glass vessel once my candle is is done? 

Yes please!  We love to recycle and repurpose!  To reuse, simply scrape out excess wax with a spoon and remove wick(s) by peeling off from the bottom.  Scrape off any residue with spoon, if needed run hot water in glass and wipe clean.  Handwash or place in dishwasher to be cleaned.  We love hearing about the fun ways our candles get new life as a vase, pencil holder, change jar and more!

What are some of your most popular fragrances?

Customer favorites include Orange Blossom, Cactus Flower and Jade, Egyptian Amber, Black Sea and Lavender.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. You can expect your order in 3-6 business days if within the contiguous United States

My candle arrived broken, what should I do now?

No problem, just email us at janeen@kokoscandles.com with your order number and a picture of the broken candle(s) and we will replace the broken candles right away.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your new candle, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your candle we are happy to offer a refund or replacement of a new candle within 3-6 business days.

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipment.
