Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipment.

Occasionally packages are returned to Koko’s Candles as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and applicable taxes.
